Contiguous US only. Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Times: 5-10 business days. Estimates, not guarantees.

4. Packaging

  • Mirror Lights: Boxed with foam inserts; UL and NEC labels visible; fragile components protected.

  • Light Bulbs: Boxed with foam or cardboard dividers; FTC Lighting Facts label visible.

  • Installation Brackets: Boxed or poly-bagged; hardware packed separately; weight capacity labels visible.

5. Damage Claims
Inspect external box upon delivery. If damaged, note with carrier and take photos. Contact us within 48 hours with photos. Keep all packaging.

6. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
